Photography : Florida : Pensacola : Downtown
Downtown Pensacola is a historic area of the United States. Pensacola is
called the "City of Five Flags" because it has been under the control of five
countries in its history - Spain, France, Britain, the United States, and the
Confederate States. Some of the buildings downtown are many hundreds of years
old.

This church has been around for many years, and is a landmark in Pensacola.
Tokyo Chaya was my favourite Japanese restaurant. They are owned by new
people now, and I haven't been back to see whether or not the food is excellent.
You can see our five flags in this photograph, flying in front of our historic

Here is a new marina that is being built - It will soon be a great place to shop and work, also! (By some twist
of God's grace, I ended up working for the company which built this marina
in 2000.)
